| Tracy L. Boan, CPA |
A graduate of the University of Kansas in 1971,
Tracy has been a Certified public accountant since 1975. He started his career at a
local CPA firm and, with Kevin Connealy, is the founding partner of
Boan & Connealy CPAs. Tracy Boan is a member of the American Institute
of Certified Public Accountants and the local state Associations.
His experience involves primarily the tax and accounting needs of
privately held businesses. Tracy is active in local charitable, civic
and private organizations.

| Kevin J. Connealy, CPA |
A Graduate of Rockhurst College in 1971, Kevin
has been a CPA since 1974. Kevin began his career working for a large regional CPA firm
before he joined with Tracy to create Boan & Connealy CPAs in
1978. He specializes in accounting, auditing and tax for closely held
businesses with an emphasis in construction. Kevin is a member of
the AICPA and the local state association. Kevin is involved in several
civic, charitable, and church groups.

| Scott M. Boan, CPA, PFS |
Scott began his career at a large national CPA firm
before joining Boan & Connealy CPAs in 2004. His experience includes
providing business and individual clients with a broad range of accounting,
tax and wealth management services. Scott specializes in tax planning
coupled with comprehensive wealth management and is the founder of B&C
Wealth Management LLC. He graduated from the University of Kansas in
2001 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business Administration
and received a Master of Accounting degree in 2003. Scott is a Certified
Public Accountant (CPA), a Personal Financial Specialist (PFS), and is a
member of the AICPA as well as the Kansas Society of CPAs. He is actively
involved in his church and enjoys spending time with his wife and kids.
