| Tracy L. Boan, CPA |
A graduate of the University of Kansas in 1971,
Tracy has been a Certified public accountant since 1975. He started his career at a
local CPA firm and, with Kevin Connealy, is the founding partner of
Boan & Connealy CPAs. Tracy Boan is a member of the American Institute
of Certified Public Accountants and the local state Associations.
His experience involves primarily the tax and accounting needs of
privately held businesses. Tracy is active in local charitable, civic
and private organizations.

| Kevin J. Connealy, CPA |
A Graduate of Rockhurst College in 1971, Kevin
has been a CPA since 1974. Kevin began his career working for a large regional CPA firm
before he joined with Tracy to create Boan & Connealy CPAs in
1978. He specializes in accounting, auditing and tax for closely held
businesses with an emphasis in construction. Kevin is a member of
the AICPA and the local state association. Kevin is involved in several
civic, charitable, and church groups.

| Matthew G. Boan, CPA |
Matt graduated from Baker University in 1980.
He began his professional career with a large international CPA firm
and has been a CPA since 1981, the same year that he joined Boan &
Connealy, CPAs. He is a member of the American Institute of CPA's
and both the Kansas and Missouri Societies of CPA's. Matt is also
a Certified Financial Planner . His practice includes advising closely-held
businesses and individuals on a broad range of accounting and tax
issues, financial statement and income tax preparation services, and
estate and trust taxation. Matt has served on the local advisory boards
of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA), Athletes in Action
(AIA), and the Baker University Alumni Association. He has also served
in various leadership roles in his church. He and his wife, Julie,
have five children.

| Kelly N. Boan, CPA |
After graduating from the University of Tulsa
in 1981, Kelly worked in the tax department of a large international
CPA firm. He quickly reached the level of senior tax specialist with
such firm before joining Boan & Connealy, CPAs in 1984. Kelly
has been a CPA since 1984 and specializes in Estate and Income tax
planning for individuals, trusts and closely held businesses. Kelly
is a member of the AICPA and of the Kansas Society of CPAs. Kelly
is a member of Church of the Resurrection in Leawood, KS and has served
on several advisory boards for local chairtable, civic and private
organizations.
